Development and implementation of a Java backend for a Business Intelligence SaaS-Tool * Continuous development and optimization of the database structure * Optimization of the platform for high scalability * Building RESTful API that communicates with web frontend

What you should bring with you:
Superior handling of Java Frameworks like Spring or Struts * Advanced knowledge in JDBC or Hibernate * Excellent database knowledge regarding MySQL or alternative RDBMs * Experience with OLAP and distributed data structures is a plus * Open mindedness and willingness to try new coding languages and technologies * High level of awareness regarding the code quality and the final product itself * A sharp mind with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and work out complex logic problems * Language: English or German

Java Des. 2:
Your main task is the development of a high-performance user interface for our SaaS tool * Based on mutually designed concepts, you develop complex charting and visualization functions using JavaScript * Furthermore, you support the continuous optimization of the platform for high scalability * Last but not least, you will implement our webpage

What you should bring with you:
You hold a university degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent professional education and have already gained relevant work experience * You handle Javascript frameworks like backbone.js or Ext JS with high confidence * You are experienced in SVG and Canvas * You possess an excellent knowledge in (X)HTML, CSS, Javascript (Ajax, jQuery) and cross browser programming * Ideally, you have some experience in Javascript plotting and charting libraries * You pay attention to details and have high standards for code quality * You can easily communicate in English or German
